REWARD LOST DOG in Jamaica, New York

Please help me find my missing friend. She is a German Shepherd. She got out on Monday 02/02/2015 around 8:50 am from my home location 87 Avenue, 77th Street, Jamaica.
Have you seen this dog in your neighbor/block? Has your friend recently gotten a dog that looks like? If so, please contact me immediately. We are asking you if know anything or if you happen to have her, please send her back. She is really important to our family and now our family's heart is broken. We are waiting for her home with tons of steak.
